The Federal Government has released an eight-month allowance for non-academic staff of tertiary institutions, including teachers and support staff. This comes after the approval by the Akwa Ibom State government for a N50,000 wardrobe allowance for 20,000 teachers in the state.
The move aims to improve the living conditions of these workers.
