Former Besiktas midfielder, Sinan Engin, has said that Fenerbahce striker, Youssef En-Nesyri, should not be compared to Victor Osimhen. He said that the Moroccan forward is not on the same level as the Nigerian. Osimhen, who made a permanent move to the Turkish giants in the summer of 2025, scored twice in his first two league starts of the season against Kayserispor and Çaykur Rizespor. Engin said he doubts the ability of En-Nesyri to lead Fenerbahçe to the Turkish Super Lig title. “Fenerbahçe cannot win the championship with En-Nesyri. This man is not even half as good as Icardi and Osimhen,” Beyaz TV commentator Engin said, according to habersarikirmizi. En-Nesyri has netted four times for the Turish giants in eight league appearances this season with Fenerbahçe trailing Galatasaray by six points. The striker could not find back of the net as Fenerbahçe were held to a goalless draw by Samsunspor last weekend. Osimhen gave Liverpool defence a restless night and scored the only goal from the penalty spot as the Turkish beat the Premier League side 1-0 in the Champions League on last Tuesday.
